Anmeldung für die Maker Faire Hannover 2023, 19.-20. August

In advance: what type of exhibitor are you?*
Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Ständen auf der Maker Faire:

1) Ohne Kleinverkauf ist die Mehrheit der Stände: Privatpersonen, Communities wie z.B. Fablabs, Makerspaces, Werkstätten; Maker, Erfinder und Kreative. Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos. Eine Firmenpräsenz an privaten Maker-Ständen ist nicht erlaubt.

2) Schulklassen und -projekte. Hochschulen/Universitäten/Forschungsinstitute sind ab sofort explizit dazu eingeladen, ebenfalls kostenfrei teilzunehmen und ihre Projekte zu präsentieren.

3) Maker mit Kleinverkauf: Wer privat kreative Produkte herstellt, kann diese auf der Maker Faire nicht nur ausstellen, sondern auch verkaufen. Dafür rufen wir eine kleine Standgebühr auf (30 Euro netto/qm) und wir benötigen bitte euren Gewerbeschein.

This information will also be on our webstie. Interacting and being hands on is at the heart of any Maker Faire! If you are unsure what you have to offer or how you would like to interact with visitors we can advise you. Do not hesitate to call us. A selection of interactive exhibitions will as be on our visitor information.

What general topic does your project fit in?
Photos of your project. Please try to upload three pictures of your project which we may use (NO copyright infringement). The optimal with for us is: 600 px. We will use the pictures in square format to present you on our webpage.

You must upload at least one picture! The more pictures we have the better we will be able to inform visitors and other makers about your project before the faire. Please make sure there are no Logos and no sales information. We are looking for descriptive and emotionally engaging pictures of your project. One of your pictures will be the profile picture for your exhibition, please make sure the picture you would like to be used is square (if possible 600x600 px). Please note that by uploading the pictures you are granting Maker Media GmbH the right to use the pictures on our website, social media, press releases and other publications without limitation to time or space of use and without any applicable fees.

2. Preferred booth
Preferred stand size*
Our stand size packages always include chairs, tables and exhibitor badges as stated in the page description, a standard power connection (if required), a pavilion (if your exhibition area is outside), wireless internet access (depending on exhibition location), a welcome-bag (Maker-Faire-Goodybag), exhibitor badges (as many as actually required) and an invitation to our get-together. If you should require more exhibitor badges than stated in your package, please do not choose a larger package. The amount of badges can be adjusted to your needs.
How many tables do you need?
Please note that we are not able to provide you with extra tables on short notice. The size of an indoor table will be approximately 160x70cm and 74cm height. Please plan accordingly.
How many chairs do you need?
How many people will man your booth?
Every person at your stand will need a exhibitor badge. These are nontransferable! The badges are produced a few weeks before the faire begins.
Do you need an electrical outlet?
What will you connect?
Please let us know what devices/load you bring and how much wattage they consume.
