You can buy all tickets in the online store (our recommendation: as a bonus, you can get a free digital edition of Make magazine, worth 11.99 EUR*) and at the ticket office at the HCC. Please note that cash payment is not possible at the box office either.

It is worth buying early! Our Early Bird rates: When purchasing one or more tickets until April 9, 2023 (Easter Sunday), you will automatically receive a 20% discount on your order. Between April 10 and May 28, 2023 (Pentecost Sunday), you will still be given a 10% discount on your order. The discount will be subtracted automatically in the shopping cart. You do not need a promotional code for this. From May 29, 2023 up to the event our regular prices will be valid!

Accepted payment methods in the online store:

Accompanying persons of disabled persons are admitted free of charge, provided that a B is noted on the disabled person’s ID card. The severely disabled person buys a reduced ticket, the accompanying person gets in free of charge. To ensure smooth admission, please register together at the entrance.

How do I get the free edition? After you have successfully ordered your tickets, you will see an order overview where you can also download your purchased tickets. In this order overview you will find a box “Digital content”. There is a button that leads to the free issue (issue 1/23). Don’t be surprised: It then requires a separate order of a so-called mini-subscription. But it is not a subscription. You will only receive the one free issue for download. You don’t have to do anything else after ordering the issue, the mini subscription expires automatically. No active cancellation is required.

*The offer is limited until 28.05.2023 and is only valid for online purchase, not for the box office. If you order tickets after 29.05.2023, you are no longer entitled to the free issue.

Within our event offer, functions and contents of the service pretix, offered by rami.io GmbH, Berthold-Mogel-Straße 1, 69126 Heidelberg, Germany, are integrated. This includes the ticket store, which is integrated via a JavaScript widget. When you buy a ticket, pretix uses a technically necessary cookie to enable the ordering process and to remember which shopping cart belongs to you.
